Although we try to report manufacturer's product specifications, we cannot be responsible for product or specification changes and typographical errors that occur on this site. All the technical specifications given on this site have been provided by third parties carrying out specific laboratory tests; such tests may not always reflect practical usage conditions. For example quoted strength ratings can be greatly reduced by general wear and tear along with knots tied in ropes or slings etc. Tests confirming the weights and breaking loads of the new cordage specified herein are undertaken in accordance with the methods of tests quoted in standard EN 919. Climbing and mountaineering are activities with a high risk factor which could lead to personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be fully responsible for their own actions and involvement.

Khepri Enterprises Ltd trading as climbstyle, in accordance with the manufacturers, guarantees to the original purchaser that products purchased from this site will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the purchase date or as stipulated by the manufacturer. All items are checked prior to dispatch to check for obvious defects or damage. If you discover what you believe to be a defect, notify Climb Style within 7 days of purchase to request the item to be inspected. The item must be returned in its original packaging with labels with your original receipt or proof of purchase including a written explanation of the defect within 15 days of purchase. We may choose to repair, replace or return the item to you at the direction of the manufacturer. Climb Style cannot be held responsible for defects on behalf of products manufactured by thirs party suppliers.

Important Notice: Normal wear and tear, alteration or misuse in any way as determined by Climb Style or the manufacturer, is not covered by any warranty. Except as provided above, Climb Style makes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or other warranties expressed or implied. Return carriage must be paid for by the purchaser. Climb Style will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit back to Climb Style. Insured and guaranteed / registered delivery is recommended. The purchaser is fully responsible until the item is safely returned to Climb Style.

Climb Style will not refund or pay any return carriage charges.

If the purchaser fails to pay the balance of the contract price within 14 days of the due date on any invoices sent or seeks to terminate the order, Climb Style may retain all of the deposit. (Purchaser acknowledges that the amount of deposit is reasonable and that it is reasonable for Climb Style to retain all of the deposit in the event of a purchase default).

All prices stated on this web site are the final price you will pay for the item on checkout.

The purchaser agrees to pay Climb Style standard or agreed postage and packaging fees as stated on checkout or invoice received.

Returns: In the unlikely event of your purchase not being suitable, please return it to Climb Style within 15 days of purchase, in its original packaging with all the labels. Please note the item/s must not be used in any way. Due to the nature of the majority of equipment, items that appear to have been used will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Climb Style offer a full refund or exchange policy (less carriage costs) once the item/s have been safely returned.

We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for any returns and ensure the item is insured to its value. Climb Style will not be held responsible either directly or indirectly for any returns that are lost in transit.

Replacement items that need to be sent out will incur a carriage charge relevant to the purchase price of your item/s (see our postal charges).

Return delivery fees / carriage charges must be paid for in full by the purchaser. Climb Style will not pay or refund any return carriage fees.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible taking into account the original method of payment.

In the unlikely event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.

The number of arbitrators shall be 1 out of 3 offered by Climb Style.

The place of arbitration shall be Bolton (Greater Manchester, England).

The language that shall be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of England and Wales.

The purchaser/user of Climbstyle.com is to pay the full costs of the arbitrator/arbitration process.
